Request for approval of an annexation to the City of Wilsonville and rezoning to PDI-RSIA of approximately 9.63 acres,  Stage 1 Preliminary Plan, Stage 2 Final Plan, Site Design Review, Waiver, Class 3 Sign Review,  and Type C Tree Removal Plan for development of a 66,000 square foot corporate headquarters and fabrication facility on property located at 25540 SW Garden Acres Road.
