The Teen Summer Reading Program is a fun way to make reading a regular part of your summer routine. And then there are the amazing events we have just for teens (6th-12th graders). The Reading portion starts June 1 and goes through August 31. Get the details and learn about Teen events on the Summer Reading Program page.

All Clackamas County library card holders ages 18 and older can join in the fun. Complete a Bingo Card, a Reading Log, or a Science Log for entry into the Grand Prize Drawing at the end of summer.

The summer reading program starts Thursday, June 1, for kids and teens, too! The summer reading program ends Thursday, August 31. Turn in your completed Bingo Cards and Reading/Science Logs by that date for entry into the Grand Prize Drawing.

We received 42 entries for the 2023 Short Story Contest. A panel of seven librarians read the stories and then ranked them using the criteria of creativity, style, and voice. It was a tough competition, but we are pleased to announce the results.

Congratulations to our winners!
