Celebrate the year of the horse!
The City of Wilsonville's Diverstiy, Equity and Inclusion Committee invites the community to attend the City's second annual Lunar New Year Celebration, which will feature cultural performances, traditional treats, and family fun.
Widely celebrated in China and other East Asian countries, Lunar New Year celebrates the beginning of a new year on the traditional lunisolar Chinese calendar. Traditional customs customs include spring cleaning, decorating with red and gold, exchanging red envelopes, enjoying festive meals, and participating in dragon and lion dances.
