Library Services Update

Effective Saturday, March 12, masks are no longer required at the Wilsonville Public Library. Masks are still advised, and can be provided (while supplies last) for anyone who prefers to wear one. Please join us in respecting the personal choice made by each Library visitor.

During this extraordinary time, the following library services are available:

IN-PERSON:

  • Browsing the library's stacks.
  • Picking up library items placed on hold.
  • Returning and renewing library items.
  • Checking out of Book Bundles.
  • Using public internet computers.
  • Public copy machine.
  • Reserving and using study rooms.
  • Printing documents. Email print@wilsonvillelibrary.org with the file you want printed. If you are in the library building, we recommend connecting to the library's wifi network (Wilsonville Library) for faster delivery time.
  • Consultations with library staff for assistance with online resources, research, book recommendations and other queries. 

 

ONLINE/OUTSIDE THE BUILDING:

  • The download of ebooks and e-audiobooks from Library2go.
  • The download of ebooks and e-audiobooks from Cloud Library.
  • The download/streaming of digital video (movies and TV shows), music, audiobooks, e-books and comics from Hoopla
  • The availability to explore a huge library of online resources, including language learning, reference materials, magazine articles, and more.
  • Placing holds on library items.
  • Renewing library items.
  • Virtual library programs available online.
  • Consultations with library staff by phone or email for assistance with online resources, research, book recommendations and other queries. Call 503-682-2744 or email​ reference@wilsonvillelibrary.org during normal operating hours:
    • Monday-Thursday: 10 am-8 pm
    • Friday-Saturday: 10 am-6 pm
    • Sunday: 1 pm-6 pm
  • Patrons can also sign up for a free eCard online to get immediate access to library online resources, including eBooks and eAudiobooks.

Also, patrons with checked-out items or holds should note the following:​

  • Masks are currently required inside the library for everyone ages 5 and up. Free masks are available in the lobby. If you are unable to wear a mask, we can assist you while you wait outside of the library building.

Donations are accepted in the green bins inside the library lobby during library open hours.
